How a couple of friends took a simple idea and turned it into a small gaming accessory business.

It started the way a lot of good things do: a couple of friends finding their way back to something they loved. For us that love was tabletop and card gaming and, once we reignited that passion as adults, we started designing accessories for ourselves and our friends.

If you think about it, who doesn't want things to be more convenient and accessible? Maybe a little easier to organize? The table gets crowded, cards end up everywhere, and half your energy goes into managing the mess instead of playing the game. We knew there had to be a better way, so we got to work building accessories that would reduce the stress and enhance the experience.

Many conversations and countless hours of work later, we'd created The Rook^™. Thus, Nightmare Gaming was born.
