Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Nightmare Gaming, LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how we produce and ship your order.

1. Made-to-Order Production Time

All Nightmare Gaming Products are made to order. Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may be longer during high-demand periods, including around convention events.

2. Shipping Time

Once production is complete, domestic (U.S.) orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days via standard shipping. Total time from order to delivery is generally 2–3 weeks, combining production and shipping.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free standard shipping is included with our 4-Rook bundle promotion ($100 for 4 PLA units or $120 for 4 PETG units); it is not a flat threshold applied across all orders.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's progress.

5. International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping. Only orders within the contiguous United States can be fulfilled at this time.

6. Shipping Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated production and shipping times, delays can occasionally occur due to high order volume, holidays, or carrier issues beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delay to your order.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nightmaregaming.shop within 7 days of the expected or actual delivery date so we can assist you. See our Return & Exchange Policy for details on damaged items.

8. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer; reshipment to a corrected address may incur additional shipping charges.
